National Salon Educators, Coastline, had been through 2 developers already trying to bring their teaching to the online world. They were selling classes as downloads one at a time and processing online orders with an outdated pick form. COVID-19 forced the issue that they needed to clean up their branding and web strategies. In coordination with Namra Consulting Group, Coastline's Social Media, Branding, and Website are a cohesive converting machine.

Selling classes one at a time is an outdated model for online educators. The majority of competitors in the space follow a subscription model so we did the same with their current content library. A subscription library also makes for easier development moving forward. Each class is built with a Webflow CMS so adding new classes is as easy as entering the information in a form.

Coastline's instructors are the heart of their operation. New courses and upcoming events needed to be organized by student's favorite instructors. Giving a searchable profile for each instructor helps students find the class they're looking for and helps the instructor with sending signup links for their own marketing.

Minimizing customer service needs was crucial. The last thing we want is to add more work to the staff. Adding dynamic profile buttons allow users to see their past invoices, update their information, and cancel their membership themselves.
