The Brief

The Center for Men's Health Rhode Island (CMH-RI) was founded by two entrepreneurs who worked with a Boston-based men's health team to establish a medical practice that connects primary care, urology, and andrology under one roof to address low testosterone. Testosterone hormone levels are important to normal male sexual development and function. Some men have low testosterone levels, which is called Testosterone Deficiency Syndrome (TD) or Low Testosterone (Low-T). According to The American Urology Association (AUA), low blood testosterone (Low-T) is less than 300 nanograms per deciliter (ng/dL). These are just a few conditions may result from Low-T: Low sex drive Fatigue Reduced lean muscle mass Irritability Erectile dysfunction Depression In exploring existing options offered by competitors, CMH-RI found that the competition had websites that seemed impersonal for such a sensitive subject. Most sites simply promoted ordering pharmaceuticals online. CMH-RI wanted to be a comforting resource for men facing low testosterone issues, offering both pharmaceuticals and a thoughtful, holistic approach.

As a new business entity, these entrepreneurs recognized the need for an effective website to promote available services and rank highly on Google online searches for keywords about pertinent medical conditions and prospective patient concerns.
